What is CranioSacral Therapy?
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system, which has been shown to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, as well as many other systems of the body, such as digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, and more. CST has also been shown to help with the physical components related to such somatic conditions as Post Traumatic Stress, depression and anxiety.
What is Myofascial Release?
Myofascial Release Therapy (MFR) is a hands-on technique used to manage myofascial restrictions. “Myo” means muscle. “Fascial” refers to the connective tissue that covers and supports the muscles throughout your entire body. During myofascial release therapy, your therapist focuses on releasing tension in your fascial tissues.
What is Quantum-Touch Energy Healing?
Quantum-Touch is a powerful energy healing technique that works with life force energy – a universal vibration of love and well-being. Also known as "chi" in Chinese and "prana" in Sanskrit, life force energy is the flow of energy that sustains all living beings.

I want to share my experiences of getting back to health with Reonne Haslett, Cranial Sacral Healer. Back in September 2023, I was in excruciating neck and shoulder pain. I had difficulties standing, sitting and lying down. Often times I would just cry myself to sleep, because the pain was so horrendous. I tried pain meds, pain creams, pain patches, heat packs, and ice packs to no avail. I even tried acupuncture and Reiki massage. I eventually was referred to Reonne. I started working with Reonne October 2023 and in my sessions with her, I soon discovered my physical pain was due to several issues: my mental/emotional state (pent up childhood issues), my body’s energetic imbalance/blockage, and my broken spirit.
Reonne was able to resolve my physical pain after just a few sessions. However, I realized I had bigger issues with my mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual dispositions. I continue my session with Reonne to this day. Reonne is an excellent cranial sacral healer! She has worked on my physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual issues using energetic healing. I find my health improving more and more with each session. I can honestly say, I haven’t felt this good in decades. Reonne not only heals my issues, she also gives me tools to use to help me get back to health. I would recommend Reonne to anyone having any of these aforementioned issues. You know how in life there are singers and then there are people who can really sing? In Nevada City we are blessed with many talented people of all sorts of healing modalities. We have wonderful people here, but then there is Reonne. She is not only an exceptional Cranio Sacral Therapist, but her intuitive nature and her level of care for her clients is beyond most anything that I"ve experienced in a long and vast history of seeking support from many specialists. I was having migraines regularly that were debilitating and Reonne didn't sugar coat things in our first session. She outlined what we could do and that it might not be an overnight miracle, but in our time together I have reached periods where I have forgotten that I was even having migraines!!!
